Fabrication

All joints beveled half the thickness of the metal before globular transition and are wielded.

Seats

Made of graded leatherette for firm support & aesthetics, loose covers provides longevity of seats. For Choice of colour see options.

Bearings

Pillow block or equal used on exercise pivot mechanisms. Double jet prefabricated self-aligned permits friction free shaft rotation.

Pulleys

Nylon pulley with 15mm ID double sealed bearings. Precision fit cables groove ensures proper cable teaching.

Hardware

Bolts are 'A' grading. 1/2" and 3/4" bolts used as per requirement.

Weight Sacks

Made of rubberized (black) plates counter balanced fitted with nylon bushes for smooth functioning (without oil). Each weight stack consist of 75 Kgs (or varies form machines) and each plate is of 5 Kgs / 10 Kgs weight.

Roller

Made of IVA.

Cables

Spliced Aircraft cables of 5mm dia & 2000 tensile strength.

Locking

Special patent locking system.

Guide Rods

20 mm M. Steel and Hard Chrome Plated.
